Tali Orner

Tali Orner Tali has been practicing immigration and nationality law as an attorney at Trow & Rahal since March, 2006. Prior to that, she was a law clerk with Maggio & Kattar in Washington, D.C.

Tali received her J.D. degree in 2005 from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, in Communications-Media Production with a minor in Psychology from the University of Houston in 2001. While at the University of Houston, Tali was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.

Tali is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the American Bar Association, and the Maryland State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the Maryland Court of Appeals.

While a student attorney at her law school's International Human Rights Law Clinic, Tali successfully represented a Liberian national in an affirmative asylum claim and drafted legal memoranda for the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. In 2003, while interning at Human Rights WA Inc., a non-profit organization, in Perth, Western Australia, Tali researched trends in human rights work which was published in a Human Rights Report Card for distribution to various agencies and non-government organizations throughout the state.

Tali speaks Hebrew. She is a world traveler and enjoys snowboarding and reading 18th century British literature.
