Steve Trow
Steve received his J.D. degree, with honors, in 1978 from Cornell Law School, where he served on the Board of Editors of the Cornell Law Review. He earned his B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado in 1975. Steve is a founding member of the Academy of Business Immigration Lawyers (www.abil.com), a think-tank of premier immigration counsel. He served for seven years (2000-2007) on the Legal Advisory Board of the Capital Area Immigrants' Rights Coalition (CAIR Coalition), a non-profit organization in Washington, DC. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the American Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar. Steve is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, the International Who's Who of Business Immigration Lawyers, and the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He is a frequent speaker and writer on business immigration issues. His recent publications include articles in the March 1, 2007 issue of Benders Immigration Bulletin and the March 26, 2007 issue of The Legal Times. A member of the British American Business Association (BABA) since 2005, Steve regularly attends BABA meetings and events. He gave a presentation on U.S. Visa Options for British Nationals at a BABA “Business After Hours” meeting in September 2006.
