Stacy joined Trow & Rahal in 2007 as a Senior Immigration Attorney. She has represented corporations in connection with their business immigration matters for over seven years. Her expertise in handling employment-based immigration matters and commitment to providing exceptional personal client service make her an ideal addition to the Trow & Rahal team.
Stacy earned her J.D. degree from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in 1999 where she served on the Civil & Political Rights Law Review. During law school, she clerked at the Immigration Court in Philadelphia. Stacy received her B.A. degree in Sociology from Brandeis University in 1993, where she studied under Morrie Schwartz of Tuesdays with Morrie fame.
A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Stacy serves on the DC Chapter's Executive Committee as Chair-Elect, overseeing government liaison committees. She is also a member of the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
Stacy is a frequent speaker on immigration law for national trade associations, HR organizations, and colleges/universities.
She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, cooking, and solving puzzles such as cryptograms and Suduko.
