A Shareholder, Cynthia has practiced immigration and nationality law for over eight years at Trow & Rahal. Prior to joining our firm, she practiced as an attorney for four years in Washington, DC and Virginia, specializing in immigration and nationality law for professional sports figures, entertainers, and performing artists.
Cynthia received her J.D. degree from the Howard University School of Law in 1993. She earned her B. A. degree in Psychology from Yale University in 1983.
A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Cynthia has served as AILA Chapter Committee Chair, Customs & Border Patrol, for two terms and as Site Coordinator in Washington, DC for AILA's Citizenship Day 2007. She is also a member of the District of Columbia and New York Bar Associations.
Cynthia is proficient in American Sign Language and conversational in French and Spanish. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and playing her bass guitar.
